LK301. The Knit Stitch
The most common stitch in the (needle) knitting world is the knit stitch. Instead of wrapping the pegs one by one as you do with the e-wrap method, you just 'lay' the yarn over each peg around the outside of the entire loom, then knit over the yarn that is flat up against the peg (not wrapped).
Warning: knit VERY loosely!!! The biggest danger with this method is that your work becomes tighter and tighter. You might consider using the 'u-wrap' method, which means wrapping the yarn in the opposite direction as the e-wrap around the pegs, thus creating a little loop, or U.
